Earthquake...
As all the World knows by now, we had an earthquake last night, as well
as several strong aftershocks, a few hundred minor aftershocks.
Wellington has been rather lucky, as far as I know, most damage is glass and stuff fallen from shelves etc.
Sad news, there have been two deaths I know of so far, and down in Kaikoura area conditions are quite harsh. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and those who lost so much down there.
There are still strong aftershocks to be felt even here in Wellington and other areas of the country, I hope this will stop soon, so all those people get a rest, it will be a great deal more scary down South.
Stay safe my friends, see that you got some food, water etc in your emergency packs.
